Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs to recommend suitable furniture solutions.
  • Provide detailed product information, including features, materials, and pricing, to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-up with potential clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in billing and delivery arrangements.
  • Stay updated on the latest furniture trends, styles, and company products.
  • Coordinate with the delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain proper records of sales, customer interactions, and showroom stock level.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in any reputed furniture showroom.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
