Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the campus
  • Coordinate with students, parents, faculty, and management
  • Maintain academic and administrative records accurately
  • Handle basic accounting tasks including day book and fee records
  • Prepare reports, notices, and official documents
  • Use MS Office and InPage for documentation and data management
  • Support admission, attendance, and examination processes
  • Ensure smooth communication and discipline within the campus
  • Assist management in operational and academic activities

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc, or BS) from a recognized institution
  • Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and InPage
  • Basic understanding of accounting practices (Day Book, records, etc.)
  • Relevant experience in an educational institution will be preferred
  • Hostelized candidates will be given preference
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Responsible, motivated, and able to work independently
