Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Building Supervisor (Civil Engineer) responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of buildings. The candidate should have strong experience in managing large-scale facilities including plazas, business offices, hospitals, and educational institutions. The role requires independent handling of maintenance activities, supervising daily wagers, and ensuring smooth operation of building facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day building maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify repair and maintenance requirements.
• Handle civil works including structural repairs, painting, plumbing coordination, flooring, masonry, and general maintenance.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities to avoid breakdowns and damages.
• Independently manage repair work by hiring and supervising daily wage workers/labor.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers when required.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, expenses, and repair history.
• Ensure building safety, cleanliness, and proper functionality of facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies.

Required Qualifications:

• BS Civil Engineering / DAE Civil (3 Years Diploma) or Relevant Qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance and supervision.
• Experience in maintaining large buildings, plazas, business offices, hospitals, or educational chains.
• Strong knowledge of civil repair and maintenance work.
• Ability to work independently and manage manpower effectively.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
