Responsibilities:

• 1. Teach the assigned subject to students in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.

• 2. Develop lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with curriculum standards.

• 3. Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons using effective teaching methodologies and subject-appropriate activities.

• 4. Monitor student progress and offer academic guidance and support to enhance learning outcomes.

• 5. Maintain an effective and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.

• 6. Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary learning, academic excellence, and institutional objectives.

• 7. Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and other school activities as required.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor's (Hons.) or Master's degree in the relevant subject from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in the use of modern teaching methodologies and educational technology will be an added advantage.
