Unique Group of Institutions is looking for a Junior Interior Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing interior design concepts, layouts, and mood boards.
• Prepare 2D drawings, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Develop and modify 3D models and realistic renderings.
• Assist in selecting furniture, finishes, materials, colors, lighting, and accessories.
• Prepare working drawings, technical details, BOQs, presentations, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with senior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients as required.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assist in monitoring design execution.
• Ensure drawings and designs comply with project dimensions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Assist with furniture design, detailing, and manufacturing requirements.
• Revise designs based on client and senior designer feedback.
• Maintain organized project files, drawings, specifications, and material information.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of 3D Max, SketchUp, or Rhino will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of 3D rendering and visualization.
• Good knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and construction details.
• Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
• Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
• Creative approach with an understanding of modern interior design trends.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Preferred

• Experience with residential, commercial, or office interior projects.
• Understanding of furniture manufacturing and material specifications.
• Experience in site supervision and coordination.
